By creating an account, accessing, or using AAM Enterprise (the "Service"), operated by AAM Enterprise Systems ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AAM Enterprise is a point-of-sale, inventory, and business-management platform for retail and service businesses ("Business Account"), including a public product catalogue/storefront feature. AAM Links, a separate free link-in-bio page builder, is offered under the same umbrella but is not tied to a Business Account — see Section 9 for how it differs.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Business Accounts are provided on a subscription basis at the plan, term, and price agreed directly with us at signup or renewal — pricing is set per business based on your setup, not a fixed public rate. Fees are due as invoiced, and continued access to a Business Account is conditioned on timely payment. Renewal terms are as agreed at the time of signup unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are considered case-by-case and are not automatic. We may suspend or restrict access to a Business Account whose subscription has lapsed or payment has failed; a suspended or cancelled Business Account's data is retained for 90 days before deletion — see our Privacy Policy, Section 8, for details.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the business data you enter — products, sales, customers, and related records. You grant us a license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide and maintain the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining your own backups if that matters to your business.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features over time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting a Business Account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
AAM Links is a free, standalone link-in-bio page builder. Registering an AAM Links page does not create a Business Account and is not required to have one. An AAM Links page may be voluntarily and manually converted into a Business Account by us, at your request, through our standard onboarding — nothing about it converts automatically. You may delete your own AAM Links account at any time from its Security settings, which permanently removes your page, links, and activity history.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practicable.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us via the WhatsApp contact option on our homepage.
