This Privacy Policy explains what information AAM Enterprise Systems ("we", "us") collects through AAM Enterprise (the "Service"), including its separate AAM Links feature, and how we use it.
Business Account data — when you or your staff use the point-of-sale and inventory tools: shop details, staff logins and roles, product and pricing data, sales and purchase records, customer and supplier contact details you choose to enter, and an activity log of significant actions (logins, sales, edits) for accountability within your own account.
AAM Links data — a separate, free product: your display name, bio, chosen profile design, the links you add, and their click/view statistics. An AAM Links account is independent of any Business Account.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, and timestamps, collected automatically for security (e.g. rate-limiting, detecting suspicious logins) and to show you your own recent login activity and active sessions.
Public storefront visitors — if you enable the public product catalogue or an AAM Links page, we log aggregate page views and link clicks for the page owner's own analytics; we do not knowingly collect personal information from anonymous visitors beyond a coarse referrer (the site that linked to the page) and standard request metadata.
We do not sell your data, and we do not currently send you marketing email — the Service has no email/SMS sending capability built in as of this writing.
Data is stored in our database with access controlled by your account credentials and, for Business Accounts, a permissions system that limits what each staff login can see or do. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Uploaded images (product photos, avatars, banners) are stored on our servers and served back only through the application.
We do not share your business data or AAM Links data with third parties, except: (a) where required by law; (b) with a service provider strictly necessary to operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations; or (c) with your explicit direction (for example, a manual conversion of an AAM Links account into a Business Account, which you must request).
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token to protect form submissions — both necessary for the Service to function, not for tracking or advertising. Your browser's local storage may remember interface preferences (like light/dark theme or sidebar state) on your own device only.
A Business Account's data is retained for 90 days from the date of cancellation or suspension (for example, a lapsed subscription) — long enough for you to reactivate or request an export — after which it is permanently deleted from our active systems. AAM Links data is retained until the registrant deletes their own account, or upon request.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated where practicable.
